why should i do a clarity call?
Each Clarity call results in a career blueprint that helps you identify the next step in your career. By identifying your Zone of Genius, and writing your personal mission statement, you will be more intentional and efficient in your job search, finding a position that is value-aligned and fulfilling.

what if i just want a resume and a cover letter?
WE love that for you. But we aren’t the ones. Check out our Instagram for our recommendations for companies that can help you.
how long does the whole process take?
We know you don’t want to hear this but the process depends on you. Where are you currently and where are you trying to go? Having said all that, we recommend starting the process AT LEAST 6 months before you want to find a new job. We do not specialize in quick fix job changes. Our goal is to help you identify and land the next step on your career roadmap.
can you guarantee that i get a job?
No, but we can introduce you to a new mindset. We will make sure you have all the skills and resources necessary to make the change that you want. We will be with you every step of the way, cheering you on, lifting you up when you are in the depths of despair, calling you out on your bullsh*t, and having a laugh. But ultimately, it is up to you.
